One of the first few certified public accounts in the State of Qatar who had been practicing since the late 70's in Qatar and was registered in the late 80's under Auditors' Register No.(55). Graduated from Cairo University Bachelor of Commerce in 1962 and since then he had been contributing to the profession of accounting & auditing and he had gained throughout his successful career a long experience in the profession specially in the local market which he'd been practicing over the past four decades. He is registered as accounting expert in Qatar Courts and a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors as well as being a member of Arab Organization for Certified Public Accountants.

Graduated from the American University in Cairo (AUC) - Accounting Section in 1998 and registered as a Certified Accountant in the State of Qatar under Auditors' Register No. (194) in the state of Qatar. Ever since he had been practicing in the field of accounting & auditing through Magdy Abdel Malek & Co. serving many international and local clients and providing taxation consultancy. He is a registered accounting expert in Qatar Courts and a member of Arab Organization for Certified Public Accountants.

Graduated from the American University in Cairo (AUC) with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration Specialization in Finance in 2001, completed the CPA exam in the USA in 2009 and registered as Certified Accountant in the State of Qatar under Auditors' Register No. (256). He is registered as accounting expert in Qatar Courts and an associated member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

One of the members of the Ruling Family of Qatar, He is not involved in day to day operations of the firm but provides strategic support to the firm on all important matters.
